“Agreement” refers to this “Sellers/Program Providers Agreement”.
“IET” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to IELTS Exam Training, its website and its network of Distribution Site(s).
“PP(s)” refers to Sellers/Program Providers who complete the registration process in order to sell Courses that they will lead.
“Learner(s)” refers to the Person, Parent, Patron or Organization which buys the available classes on the Service either for themselves, for their children, for their customers or for their service targets.
“Service” refers to the business where Learners are able to buy Courses on IET’s network of Distribution Site(s) or other cooperative platforms that are partnered together in facilitating the sale, purchase or conduct of Courses.
“Course(s)” refers to any course purchased by the Learner and approved by IET for the Service.
“Distribution Site(s)” refers to a network of websites that has partnership with IET that will list Courses for purchase

What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from Learners, what we do with it and choices when it comes to how and whether or not we may use information. The following is a list of information we require from Learners to use the Service:

First and Last Name of parent or legal guardian
Email Address
Birth Year/Month of Learner
Country of Residence
Timezone
Information submitted in the “Profile” section of the Service

Providing IET with this information is a requirement to ensure the quality of experience of Learners on the site. All personal information is kept confidential unless explicitly stated. It will be stored on authorised servers and not available to the public. Your information will not be shared with Third Parties outside of the described Services. We may use your Email address to contact you regarding updates to the Buyers/Learners Agreement, Privacy Policy, or other opportunities in the IET  Network, including new learning opportunities. Generally, we use your information to:

Provide the IET Services
Process your payment to the Services
Send you newsletters or updates about the Services
Improve the Services
Analyze website usage
Be consistent with laws and regulations

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us voluntarily with information to become a Learner, you imply that you consent to our collection of your information and using it for the specified reasons. Giving consent is part of the Learner registration process and you must agree to the terms or you will not be permitted to complete the registration process or use the Service.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If you decide to withdraw your consent to the conditions outlined above, you may be required to cease your use of the service and close the account. Please contact us at support@ieltsexam.global to describe your claim.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, but will never share your information to third parties outside of our Distribution Sites or as necessary to carry out our Services, as described in the Third Party Services section of this Policy.

IELTS Exam Training

All classes are hosted by IELTS Exam Training (“IET”). The data is stored on a secure server. When Learners join a Course online, they will be recorded and temporarily stored. Recordings may be used for the following reasons:

The PP who led the class itself requests a copy for their personal review
We need to provide customer support to Learners
We need to investigate claims made by PPs or Learners about class conduct issues.

We will retain the records for 1 month after the class date, as described in this Privacy Policy, after which they will be deleted. We will also delete the video record at the request of a Learner who wishes to remove their recorded video. We will never use recorded video or audio footage for promotional or other reasons without express written consent from both Learners and PPs.

Payments:

Payments will be made only using the methods listed at the checkout. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your Payment information is only used as necessary to complete your payment.

Third Party Services

Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

When you click on links in our Service, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated. Please check back from time to time so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our site or course is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to offer our services to you.
